Evan Muday is always learning more about the art and science of winemaking through hands-on experience.
Evan studied at Wake Forest University in the Biology program and found his passion to go further to study Enology and Viticulture under the guidance of David Bauer, Ph.D. a Professor and Master Winemaker at Surry College.
Evan has been responsible for assisting in all aspects of winemaking, from grape harvesting and crushing to fermentation and aging. His studies included vineyard management and the business side of running a winery. As a winemaker, Evan has the skills and knowledge necessary to create high-quality wines and assist you to run a successful winery. It is a challenging and rewarding career that combines a love of science, agriculture, and art.
